110 Vital Unanswered Questions
Chinook families say only a judge-led public inquiry can reveal the truth about the 1994 crash. They have compiled 110 Vital Unanswered Questions none of which were answered at any of the six previous inquiries cited by the Ministry of Defence and the Prime Minister.
